Pearson Air Cooled Water Chillers can provide you with a simple, low cost solution to your elevated mix temperature. Together with a properly insulated storage tank, the standard PH Series Chiller can provide constant 36 degree water for batching and aggregate cooling.
Advantages:
- Cooling cost with a Pearson Air-Cooled Chiller verses ice, will be substantially less. Operating cost vary due to energy in different areas. However, cost per yard of production will range from $0.08 to $0.18.
- Elimination of labor costs to handle ice.
- Ability to control water volume.

- PH Series are available in five models with capacities from 400 to 1,000 yards per day.
